§1. Postanowienia ogólne
“What will you make of tomorrow?”
and
the GDPR information clause
§1. General Provisions
1. These rules (hereinafter referred to as the “Rules”) set forth the terms and conditions of the
“What will you make of tomorrow?” contest (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”).
2. The Contest is not a game of chance within the meaning of Article 2(1) of the Polish
Gambling Act of 19 November 2009.
3. The Contest is open to individuals who are consumers under Article 221 of the Polish Civil
Code and who are physically present in the Republic of Poland during the Contest.
4. Participation in the Contest is free and voluntary. By entering, the participant confirms that
they have read and accepted these Rules.
§2. Contest Organizer
1. The Contest is organized by Trashstock sp. z o.o., with its registered office at al.
Wojciecha Korfantego 17/5, 44-100 Gliwice, Poland (PL), registered at the District Court for
the city of Gliwice, X Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number:
0000891712, tax identification number (NIP/VAT ID): PL 6312696463, REGON:
388527554, (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
2. The Organizer is also the prize sponsor.

§3. Contest Participation
1. The contest takes place during OFF Festival 2025 in Katowice, from August 1, 2025, to
August 4, 2025, until 11:59:59 PM. Participants can enter the contest by scanning the QR
code placed on the Trashstock installation (on one of the containers at the entrance gate to
the OFF Festival grounds)
2. Participants must be adults under their local law and have full legal capacity.
3. To participate in the Contest, participants must complete the survey, provide their name and
email address, and accept the Contest Rules along with the GDPR information clause.
4. Employees and regular collaborators of the Organizer, as well as their immediate family
members, are excluded from participation.
5. The Contest task consists of completing a short online survey and answering one
open-ended question.
6. Each person may participate only once.
7. By submitting the form, participants consent to the non-commercial, anonymized use of
their answer in the Organizer’s promotional materials.
§4. Prizes and Selection of Winners
1. The Organizer will select 10 of the most interesting responses to the open-ended question
(up to 500 characters):
“What would help you or your community live more sustainably every day? How could
those improvements lead to a better future? What will you make of tomorrow?”
2. The selection will be entirely subjective and final.
3. Winners will be contacted via the email address provided, no later than October 3, 2025.
4. Failure to provide correct contact information will result in forfeiture of the prize.
5. The prize is a unique Trashstock t-shirt. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash or other
goods.
§5. Prize Shipping and Tax
1. Prizes will be shipped by courier, at the Organizer’s expense.
2. Prizes are exempt from income tax pursuant to Article 21(1)(68) of the Polish Personal
Income Tax Act of 26 July 1991, provided they meet the legal value threshold.
§6. Personal Data
1. The controller of the Participants’ personal data is Trashstock sp. z o.o.
2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of organizing and conducting the
Contest, based on Article 6(1)(a) and (f) of the GDPR. After the Contest ends, the data will
be deleted, except for individuals who have consented to receive the newsletter.
3. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary to participate in the Contest.
4. Participants have the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion, and object to
its processing. Requests should be sent to the following email address:

§7. Complaints
1. Complaints regarding the Contest must be submitted via email to: contact@trashstock.com
no later than August 15, 2025.
2. The Organizer will resolve complaints within 30 days of receipt and notify the complainant
via email.
§8. Final Provisions
1. The Organizer and OFF Festival are not responsible for the content of participant
responses.
2. The Organizer is not liable for:
○ technical problems on the participant’s side,
○ internet or system failures,
○ incorrect contact details provided by the participant,
○ non-delivery of prizes due to reasons beyond the Organizer’s control.
3. The Organizer reserves the right to change the Contest Rules, including extending the
duration of the Contest or increasing the number of prizes, without affecting the rights
already acquired by the Participants.
4. The Organizer is only responsible for awarding the prizes in accordance with the Rules. No
other claims may be made.
5. Participants are not entitled to pursue any claims against the Organizer in connection with
their participation in the Contest, except as provided by applicable law.
6. Matters not covered by these Contest Rules shall be governed by the laws of Poland.
GDPR Information Clause
In accordance with Articles 13(1) and 13(2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European
Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR), we inform you that:
1. The controller of personal data is Trashstock sp. z o.o., with its registered office at al.

2. Personal data will be processed solely for the purposes of:
○ organizing and conducting the Contest (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR –
legitimate interest of the Controller),
○ sending prizes (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract),
○ sending newsletters – only if consent is given (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
3. Recipients of the data may include entities providing IT services, courier services, or legal
support to the Controller – solely to the extent necessary for conducting the Contest.
4. Personal data will be stored for the duration of the Contest and for 12 months after its
conclusion – for the purpose of contest settlement and handling any potential claims – or
until consent is withdrawn, if earlier. If the participant has given additional consent to
receive the newsletter, the data will be stored until that consent is withdrawn.
5. Participants have the right to:
○ access their data, rectify it, delete it, or restrict its processing,
○ object to the processing of their data,
○ withdraw consent at any time,
○ lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office
(PUODO).
6. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the Contest.
7. Personal data will not be subject to profiling or transferred outside the EEA.
